        晶圓加工用綠碳化硅JIS2000#電導率低雜質少廣泛用于金屬、有色金屬、硬質合金、大理石花崗巖、玉石的研磨。水流分級的工藝使得綠碳化硅具有較高的純度和清潔度 。水洗后PH值呈中性，電導率低，無酸堿殘留，粒型有尖銳型和圓整型。
